Blog Tour, Interview & Giveaway: Twinsequences by Jennifer Foor

Synopsis:
I’d shared everything with Ivy since we were born. She was my exact double. We were only two minutes apart. I never thought that my own twin sister would steal away my one chance at happiness, but that is exactly what she’d done. She didn’t even know that I was in love with him. How could she? Ivy was too busy being Miss Popular to notice what I wanted.

After having my heart broken, I’d decided to leave my town, and my sister, to go to college out of state. For the past four years, I’d done nothing but work to make a life for myself. We were still the best of friends, but going home was too hard for me to face and I hadn’t been back since they’d gotten married.

I wanted my sister to be happy, even if it meant I never would be. She didn’t have the brains, or the successful future that I knew was coming to me.

But, she’d always have the one thing I wanted.

The one thing, I could never have.

Stoshua Wheeler.

A late night phone call brought me back to town. I should have never considered her request. It wasn’t right to pretend to be her, but she said she was in trouble. I had to help her.

I’d dreamed of being her for five years. I envied their relationship. I wanted her life.

What was I willing to risk to take it for myself?

I’m Willow Green and this is my story...

Excerpt:
It was awesome seeing her tied to the bed and struggling to get free. She knew I wasn’t screwing around anymore. I walked over and ran my hands up Stosh’s chest, making sure she was watching. I grabbed the collar to his shirt and pulled him down to meet my lips.
I liked that our plan was working.
“You like watching his lips on me? Just wait until later. You’re going to get the show of your life!” I took Stosh by the hand and we walked out into the living room. I knew she’d be in there, trapped and sobbing.
After I showered and got myself comfortable, we made sure the house was locked up and went out for a movie. It was important for people to see us getting around together, like nothing had ever happened. We didn’t have to pretend to be in love, I don’t know which one of us was showing it more. Stosh couldn’t keep his hands off of me. I couldn’t stop looking at him.
It all still felt like a dream. I guess when you fantasize about something for as long as I did, it makes the reality of it hard to believe.
After the movie, we headed out to a coffee shop and talked about our future.
Did I feel wicked?
Maybe a little.

Interview with Jennifer Foor:

Welcome Jennifer Foor to Alphas Authors & Books Oh My. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to sit down for an interview with us. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?
I am just your normal, crazy, mother of two. I'm married to my high school sweetheart and we've been together for 20 years. (yawn)… In my spare time, when I have any, I love to go out on our boat. We are from MD so we love steamed crabs and summer weather. I love to read, but writing has been my passion since I was a little girl.

You have a new book that just came out titled Twinsequences. It sounds really unique and different can you describe the book in 30 words or less?
It's about twins. One has plotted to destroy the other's life. It's about the ultimate deception and doing whatever is necessary to make things right. Love. Betrayal. Revenge.

Is Twinsequences a standalone, duologue, a part of a series?
It was meant to be a stand alone, but will prob have a part two.

Where do you drawl inspiration for this story? A previous experience? Something else?
I have crazy daydreams and crazier night time dreams. My mind is always at work, even when I should be focused on other things. Some of my character traits are taken from people I know, others are made up to create a character that everyone will love/hate.

When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer and what inspired your first book?
I have written since I was a small child. I can't remember when I didn't want to do it.

You have some amazing characters in your books, who was your favorite and/or most difficult character to write?
Colt is hard for me. (Letting Go) He's so damn nice and perfect. I struggle with him, which is funny, because chicks really dig him. (yes, I said chicks. I've never had a guy say they loved Colt.) My favorite character would have to be Tyler Mitchell and Ramsey Towers. I love them both. Tyler has a lot of my personal traits, except the fact that he has a penis. (can I say penis?) We just got a puppy and named him Tyler Mitchell.

How do you get past writers block or distractions like the internet?
I ignore the internet and have an assistant that takes care of lots for me. I don't really get writer's block. It's my escape, so I love the quiet that surrounds it.

Do you have any favorite authors or favorite books?
Hell yeah….
Michelle Leighton
Michelle Valentine
Cherrie Lynn
Emily Snow
Abbi Glines
Charlaine Harris
Heather Graham
and so many others……
can I keep going?
C J Roberts
Amanda Bennett
Kristen Ashley
Tammara Webber
J Sterling
Kristin Proby
Laura Kaye
Tara Sivec
Teresa Mummert

and many many more.

If you could collaborate with any other authors would you and with whom?
I have a huge collaboration coming up. Summer Daniels, Kitty French, and Kate Dawes. It will come out in Sept of this year and be named ALL FOURS. It will also be Avail. for preorder.

What do you do while you write? Do you listen to music, watch TV, eat snacks, etc.?
All of the above. I love music the most though.

Now for some fun questions, name 3 things you never leave home without? (apart from keys & phone)
Phone, Visa, underwear.

Name your 3 celebrity crushes?
Tyler Hoechlin, Michael Trevino, Ian Somerhalder……grrrr only three???? Alexander Skarsguard...

Fantasy or Reality?
Fantasy

Night Owl or Morning Person?
Night Owl. I hate mornings and they hate my ass, too.

Do you have a favorite BBF (book boyfriend) and if so then who?
Wow, that's hard. I love Cash and Nash. I love Beau from the Vincent Bros. I love Chase from Taking Chances. I love Carter from Seduction and Snacks. I love Jack Carter. William Honor. Caleb (CITD). I am a book BF slut. hee her.

Thank you again Jennifer for taking the time to let us interview you.
