We left of in Surrender Your Love on a little cliffhanger. Brooke thinking Jett had played her took off with a broken heart and angry at everything that she thought went down. Jett was distraught and trying to figure out his next move.
In Conquer Your Love Brooke goes to Italy with her crazy as hell best friend and Jett takes off after her fearing that she is in trouble. They start a little game of cat and mouse while Jett tries to work to win Brookes trust back, Brooke keeps pushing him away.
Jett has to work hard to tear down Brookes walls that she erected after thinking Jett had betrayed her. But Jett is very determined and very good at being an Alpha Male that gets what he wants. He gradually chips back away at Brookes wall trying to worm his way back in her heart.
“You’re okay with it?” I blinked back my surprise. Just like that? During the short time I worked for him, I quickly realized Jett never gave up. What he wanted, he got. And what he couldn’t have, he tried to get nonetheless. “No conditions, no requests?”
The ending wasn't an HEA because there is still one more book in this series but it didn't leave you in a bad place like the first book. I can't wait for Jett and Brooke's Love to finally get a Happy Ever After!!.
